If your utility hasn't filled out the membership application, click on the link below to download a PDF version of the membership application. You will need a free version of the Adobe Acrobat reader. Registration allows you to receive the latest information from LaWARN. It is not a legal commitment to provide services to other utilities. Once you have joined LaWARN, please review and sign the mutual aid and assistance agreement.
